Shaanxi Baoji is renowned as "China's Titanium Valley" and "the Cradle of China's Titanium Industry". From everyday utensils, eyeglass frames, and medical implants to space missions like "Shenzhou," lunar explorations like "Chang'e," and deep-sea explorations like "Fendouzhe," Baoji titanium materials are found in both "great national projects" and everyday items. In Baoji, there are over 600 titanium-related enterprises, with leading enterprises and specialized and innovative enterprises thriving. Data shows that in 2023, Baoji's titanium material production and processing accounted for about 65% of China's total and 33% of the global total, with a titanium industry scale that leads the world. Additionally, Baoji's titanium industry is one of Shaanxi Province's 34 key industrial chains.
