The research and development process is very difficult, which is supported by scientific research funds of Baoji Municipal People's government. Using government funds and profits from previous years, our company purchased all kinds of equipment required for the research and development process of titanium materials, such as electronic hardness tester, material precision analyzer, material tensile testing machine, and analyzed domestic titanium materials one by one to distinguish their advantages and disadvantages. Small batch stamping, small batch trial production, to the company supporting four-roll rolling mill process sequencing, rolling to the landing of vacuum annealing furnace, directly decrypt the bottleneck of titanium materials in the civil field, gradually improve the titanium processing steps, improve the titanium material stamping and tensile performance, and then improve the yield.
Through many years of experimental research, we found that if we want to stretch titanium materials, we must achieve the tensile yield of transverse fracture elongation and longitudinal fracture elongation is basically the same, the base metal to the finished product to achieve 60% of the rolling deformation, each cross rolling, the plate difference is uniform. We also found that the tensile material needs to be oxidized on the surface to prevent the formation of tensile pins between the titanium material and the mold. In the context of the same titanium industry application, our company opened up the production scale in 2015, and purchased Senkimir 20-roll mill 450, and officially landed in 2017. In 2018, the Chinese government's environmental protection efforts were unprecedented, and the highly polluting surface polishing workshops in the civilian market were thoroughly rectified. In this context, our company once again decrypts the processing of titanium materials, for civilian tensile parts such as titanium cups, dinner spoons, etc., in a high vacuum, high temperature environment cleaning, and in order to distinguish the surface of titanium and stainless steel, the titanium surface ice treatment process is realized, that is, 1150℃ insulation 90 minutes to achieve small ice flowers, and 1150° twice into the furnace to achieve large ice flowers production process. In addition, according to the problem of different colors after welding of titanium, we have studied that 850℃ high temperature cleaning can help it return to its natural color, the principle is to volatilize surface pollutants in a vacuum environment. Ice flower treatment greatly improves the application of titanium and distinguishes other metals, saves labor costs, and is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free. In the process of material promotion, the company helps customers to promote their products free of charge and is recognized by customers.
During the epidemic in 2020, the company has made a special leading rolling process for superfoil research, breaking through the bottleneck period of titanium alloy GR5 difficult processing. And in 2024, the spot mother coil can reach 1.5 tons with a weight of 0.1mm * 320mm *C, and its application fields cover high-end products in the 3C industry such as aircraft honeycomb panel, door leather panel, folding screen mobile phone, and silver screen backplane.
